Does your congregation work with those impacted by fuel poverty in your local community?

This practical training session is designed for church staff and volunteers who support householders and want to build their confidence in providing basic energy advice. Participants will gain an understanding of fuel poverty, learn how to identify households that may be struggling with energy costs, and develop the skills to offer effective energy efficiency guidance without needing to be a technical expert. The training also provides an overview of Scottish Government funding and support available for energy efficiency improvements, helping attendees signpost people to the most appropriate assistance and improve outcomes for the households they support.
